Beauty Mark by Zaine was born in 2020, in the heart of the pandemic-a time when the world slowed down , but creativity and resilience found new life. What started as me styling my own hair quickly grew into something bigger, Friends, family, and even strangers admired my braids and encouraged me to share my gift with others. With their support, and a push from a close friend, I took a leap of faith into professional braiding.
Braiding, I’ve come to realize, has aways been in my blood the women in my family – from my great-grandmother on- have all carried this craft, and i believe I was destined to continue that legacy. While I didn’t set out with braiding as my original passion, my love for neatness, precision, and detail naturally pulled me into it. For me, every braid is more than style – it’s a reflection of care, patience and pride in my work
